was formed in 1995 for the sole purpose of providing 'value

core business is to the general public, we now also have a

We started selecting a panel of
conveyancing solicitors and
licensed conveyancers who were
committed to offering a speedy and efficient
conveyancing service, whether it
be to local clients, or further a field on a postal basis.
These days there is no need to visit the
solicitor in person as
most of the work can be undertaken by the internet - email -
telephone and post. The panel undertake mostly
residential
conveyancing together with a small element of commercial
transactions. Freehold (houses) are the most popular
property dealt with although leasehold (flats) are common with

Because we deal with many thousands of clients, we have
negotiated special
fixed online conveyancing fees with our panel of
solicitors and
conveyancers. Thus you get the best value for money
conveyancing quotes instantly, without having to make numerous
telephone calls. CMS provide three of the best and
cheapest quotes available instantly
from its website. Many other websites and legal firms have
since followed suit but a number of them are quoting
low fees
and then charging added
hidden extra costs within the quote
itself. Such examples are
local search packages of upto
£250 (which are usually not necessary),
solicitor's indemnity
insurance contributions, additional costs for leasehold
properties, petty
disbursements, acting for
mortgagees or other
financial lenders and file storage fees. The CMS panel do
